METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 160 deg celsius.

In a large  bowl, add the dry ingredients – flour, chia seeds, leavening and chocolate. Mix them. 

Whisk together  the ghee and sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light-weight and soft. Then add the egg and whisk once more till well combined. 

Now mix the dry ingredients with the ghee-sugar-egg mixture and add the milk. Whisk well along, as you would like a sleek consistency for the miniature cakes.
